# Fisheries Act 2020, Paragraph 1


(1) The Scallops (Irish Sea) (Prohibition of Fishing) Order 1984 (S.I. 1984/1523) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 (prohibition), after “British-owned fishing boat” insert “ or foreign fishing boat ”.
