  "text": "(1) The Scallop Fishing (England) Order 2012 (S.I. 2012/2283) is amended as follows.\n(2) In article 2(1) (interpretation), omit the definition of “British fishing boat”.\n(3) In the following provisions, for “British fishing boat” substitute “ fishing boat ”\n(a) article 3(1) (specification of scallop dredges);\n(b) article 4 (restrictions on number of scallop dredges);\n(c) article 5(1) (carriage of undersized scallops).",
