# The Fisheries (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1983 (repealed), Article 1: Title and commencement

Extent: N.I.

(1) This Order may be cited as the Fisheries (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Order 1983.
(2) Article 5 shall come into operation on such day as the Head of the Department of Agriculture may by order appoint and the remaining provisions of this Order shall come into operation on the expiration of the period of two months from the date on which it is made.
