# Fishery Limits Act 1976, Paragraph 3


(1) In section 5(4) of the Sea Fisheries Act 1968 (contravention of order regulating conduct of sea fishing operations) for the words from “in the case of a first offence" to the end substitute the words “to a fine not exceeding £1,000".
(2) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
(3) Section 13(1) of that Act (compensation for damage caused by offence) is repealed.
(4) In section 13(3) of that Act omit the words “adjudged or" and the words “magistrates’ court or".
