# Fishery Limits Act 1976, Paragraph 19


In paragraph 4 of Schedule 2 to the Water Act 1973 (seaward boundary of water authority areas) for the words “in which Her Majesty’s subjects have the exclusive right of fishing" substitute the words “to a distance of six nautical miles measured from the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured".
