  "text": "SEA FISHERIES\nMade 22nd July 1997\nComing into force in accordance with Article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 22nd day of July 1997\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(2) of the Fishery Limits Act 1976 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
