# The Fishing Boats (EU Electronic Reporting) (Scotland) Scheme 2010, Section 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: S

(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Fishing Boats (EU Electronic Reporting) (Scotland) Scheme 2010 and comes into force on 2nd November 2010.
(2) Subject to sub-paragraph (3), this Scheme extends to Scotland and the Scottish zone.
(3) Insofar as it extends beyond Scotland and the Scottish zone, it does so only as a matter of Scots law.
