  "text": "Scheme made by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with the sea fish industry in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, laid before Parliament under section 15(3) of the Fisheries Act 1981, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament within forty days beginning with the day on which the Scheme was made, subject to extension for periods of dissolution, prorogation or adjournment for more than four days.\nSEA FISHERIES\nSEA FISH INDUSTRY\nMade 4th July 1995\nLaid before Parliament 4th July 1995\nComing into force 5th July 1995\nThe Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and the Secretaries of State respectively concerned with the sea fish industry in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 15(1) and (2) of the Fisheries Act 1981, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, with the approval of the Treasury in accordance with the said section 15(1), hereby make the following Scheme:",
