# The Fishing Vessels (Decommissioning) Scheme 1996, Section 13: Undertakings


Without prejudice to the generality of paragraph 6(2), any person whose application has been approved under paragraph 6 may be required by the Ministers to provide, or arrange for the provision of, such undertakings as the Ministers may consider appropriate to the case.
