Section 13 Approval of applications

(1)

If the Minister is satisfied that the proposed joint venture project to which an application for a joint venture grant relates meets the requirements of Title VI of the Council Regulation, he may approve the application and submit it to the Commission in accordance with Article 21 of the Council Regulation.

(2)

An approval by the Minister under sub-paragraph (1) of this paragraph may be made subject to such conditions as the Minister sees fit.
