# The Fishing Vessels (Financial Assistance) Scheme 1987, Section 8: Report on completion of voyage


(1) After the completion of an exploratory fishing voyage in respect of which an application for an exploratory voyage grant has been approved by the Minister and by the Commission, the applicant shall submit to the Minister and to the Commission a report in accordance with Article 17 of the Council Regulation.
(2) No such report shall be submitted after 31st May 1992.
