# The Fishing Vessels (Safety Provisions) (Amendment) Rules 1991, Article 6


In rule 130(5) before the words “shall endorse a record” the following words shall be inserted:
“and if satisfied on receipt of a declaration of inspection pursuant to rule 131(2) that the vessel complies with the requirements of rule 131(1),”.
