# The Fishing Vessels (Safety Provisions) (Amendment) Rules 1998, Article 12: Amendment of principal Rules


In Rule 51 the following paragraph shall be added:
“Additional requirements for vessels of 15 metres in length or over
(3) Where refrigeration plants or compressed air systems are installed they shall be maintained in an efficient working condition and examined at regular intervals.”
