# The Fishing Vessels (Safety Provisions) Rules 1975, Article 73: Record of particulars to be kept on vessel


In every vessel of 12 metres in length and over to which these Rules apply a copy of the record of particulars referred to in Rule 125 of these Rules shall be kept on board at all times in the custody of the skipper.
