  "heading": "Information as to stability to be kept on vessel",
  "text": "(1) In every vessel of 12 metres in length and over to which these Rules apply a book containing the information relating to the stability of the vessel set out in Schedule 3 to these Rules shall be kept on board at all times in the custody of the skipper.\n(2) The book kept in accordance with paragraph (1) above shall be appropriately amended whenever its accuracy is materially affected by alteration of the vessel.",
