  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2013/1569 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCriminal Law, England And Wales\nCriminal Law, Scotland\nMade 16th July 2013\nLaid before Parliament 24th July 2013\nComing into force 15th August 2013\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.\nRepresentative organisations have been consulted in accordance with section 88(2) of that Act.",
