  "text": "(1) The Fixed Penalty Order 2000 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the Table in Schedule 1, for items 27 and 28 substitute—\n“\n27\nA fixed penalty offence under section 11 of the HGV Road User Levy Act 2013\n£300\n28\nAny other fixed penalty offence except for a fixed penalty parking offence\n£50\n29\nAny other fixed penalty parking offence\n£30\n”",
