This Order may be cited as the Fixed Penalty (Increase) Order 1990 and shall come into force on 1st April 1990.

(2)

This Order applies in relation to a fixed penalty offence alleged to be committed on or after 1st April 1990.

(3)

This Order shall not extend to Scotland.
