  "text": "For the amount of £24 specified in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) of section 53 of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 there shall be substituted the amount of £32 and for the amount of £12 specified in paragraph (b) of that subsection there shall be substituted the amount of £16.",
