# The Fixed Penalty (Increase) Order 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order increases the amount of the fixed penalty for a fixed penalty offence to £32 from £24, in the case of an offence involving obligatory endorsement, and £16 from £12, in any other case.
