  "text": "CRIMINAL LAW, SCOTLAND\nMade 2nd March 1992\nLaid before Parliament 11th March 1992\nComing into force 1st April 1992\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 53(3) of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf and after having consulted with such representative organisations as he thinks fit in accordance with section 88(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:",
