# The Fixed Penalty Offences Order 2009, Article 4: Amendment of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988


In consequence of the provisions of articles 2 and 3, Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 is amended in accordance with the Schedule.
