# The Fixed Penalty Offences Order 2025, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988


In consequence of the provisions of article 3 of this Order, Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 is amended in accordance with the Schedule to this Order.
