# The Fixed Penalty Order 2000, Article 1: Citation and commencement

Extent: E+W+S

(1) This Order may be cited as the Fixed Penalty Order 2000 and shall come into force on 1st November 2000.
(2) This Order applies in relation to a fixed penalty offence alleged to have been committed on or after 1st November 2000.
