  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order prescribes fixed penalties for fixed penalty offences. The prescribed penalties replace those prescribed for England and Wales by the Fixed Penalty Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/346) and for Scotland by the Fixed Penalty (Increase) (Scotland) Order 1992 (S.I. 1992/435 (S. 50)).\nFixed penalties are increased from £40 to £60 for offences involving obligatory endorsement and for parking offences committed in Greater London on a red route, from £30 to £40 for other parking offences committed in Greater London and from £20 to £30 for other fixed penalty offences.",
