# The Fixed Penalty (Procedure) Regulations 1986, Regulation 1


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fixed Penalty (Procedure) Regulations 1986 and shall come into operation on 1st October 1986.
(2) In these Regulations any reference to a section is a reference to a section of the Transport Act 1982.
(3) These Regulations do not extend to Scotland.
