# The Fixed Penalty (Procedure) Regulations 1986, Regulation 11


For the purposes of section 35(3)(a) (which provides that a licence receipt issued by a constable is to cease to have effect on the expiration of the period of one month beginning with the date of issue) there shall be prescribed a longer period of two months beginning with the same date.
