  "text": "In Part II of the Schedule to the Flags Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2000 –\n(a) there shall be inserted the following entries –\n“\n1st June 2002\nOfficial Celebration of Her Majesty’s Golden Jubilee\n3rd June 2002\nOfficial Celebration of Her Majesty’s Golden Jubilee\n4th June 2002\nOfficial Celebration of Her Majesty’s Golden Jubilee\n”; and\n(b) the following entries shall be omitted –\n“\n4th August\nBirthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother\n21st August\nBirthday of the Princess Margaret\n”.",
