  "long_title": "Part IV of the Housing Act 1985 provides for a regime of flexible tenancies. If the landlord offers to grant a flexible tenancy and the length of the term does not, in the opinion of the prospective tenant, accord with the policy of the landlord as to the length of terms of the flexible tenancies it grants, the prospective tenant may request a review. These Regulations make provision about the procedure to be followed in conducting such reviews.",
