  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations revoke the Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) (Amendment) Regulations 2010. The earlier Regulations, which are not yet in force, were made to widen one of the conditions under which employees (under section 80F of the Employment Rights Act 1996) may request a contract variation.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument since it has no effect on the costs to business and the voluntary sector because it revokes earlier Regulations which are not in force.",
