# Flood and Water Management Act 2010, Paragraph 3


After section 2 insert—
“Coastal erosion risk management authorities
2A The following are “coastal erosion risk management authorities” for the purposes of this Act—
(a) coast protection authorities, and
(b) the Environment Agency.”
