  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order authorises the Agency to construct, maintain and operate a flood defence structure in Warrengate Road, North Mymms, Hertfordshire incorporating gates that can be closed so as to obstruct the highway. It incorporates powers for the compulsory acquisition and temporary possession of land and powers to install diversion routes affecting the highway.\nCopies of the deposited plans are available for inspection free of charge during working hours at the Agency’s offices at King’s Meadow House, King’s Meadow Road, Reading RG1 8DQ.",
