  "text": "ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION\nMade 10th January 2008\nLaid before Parliament 15th January 2008\nComing into force 15th February 2008\nThe Secretary of State is designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to measures relating to the control of air pollution.\nHe makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section.",
