  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations.)\nThese Regulations implement as respects Northern Ireland Commission Directive 96/18/EC (O.J. No. L76, 26.3.96, p. 21) amending Annex III to Council Directive 66/401/EEC (O.J. No. 125, 11.7.66, p. 2298/66) on the marketing of fodder plant seed as amended.\nThese Regulations, which come into operation on 23rd August 1996, amend the Fodder Plant Seeds Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1994 to increase the maximum seed lot weight for seeds of common vetch, field bean, field pea, narrow-leaved lupin (blue lupin), white lupin and yellow lupin to 25 tonnes.",
