# The Fodder Plant Seeds (Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2000, Regulation 5: Amendment of Regulation 4 of the principal Regulations


In regulation 4 (seeds to which the Regulations apply)
(a) in paragraph (1) for–
““Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) below" there shall be substituted “Subject to paragraph (2) below".”
(b) paragraph (2)(b), (c) and (d) and paragraph (3) shall be omitted.
