# Folkestone Harbour Act 1992, Section 16: Saving for Coast Protection Act 1949


Nothing in this Act shall affect the operation of sections 18 and 34 to 36 of the 1949 c. 74.Coast Protection Act 1949 (which require the consent of the Secretary of State to certain operations and contain other provisions for the safety of navigation).
