  "heading": "Temporary closure of area of works",
  "text": "(1) For the purpose of carrying out the works the Company may irrespective of anything in any enactment temporarily close the area of works to vessels at such places within the harbour as the Company may think appropriate.\n(2) Irrespective of anything contained in this Order, the area of works must not be closed to vessels for a continuous period longer than two years.",
