# The Folkestone Harbour Revision Order (Amendment) Order 2025, Article 1: Citation, Commencement and Extent


(1) This Order may be cited as The Folkestone Harbour Revision Order (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into force on 10th June 2025.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.
