  "heading": "Financial provisions.",
  "text": "(1) There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament all sums required for the purpose of making payments on behalf of Her Majesty’s Government in the United Kingdom to the international organisations.\n(2) Any expenses of a Minister of the Crown or government department incurred in consequence of the provisions of this Act shall also be paid out of money provided by Parliament.\n(3) Any receipts of a Minister of the Crown or government department under this Act shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.",
