After paragraph (7) there shall be inserted the following paragraph—

“(7A)

After the expiry of the period specified in paragraph (7)(a), relevant food which has been subjected to heating as specified in paragraph (7)(a)(i) shall not be sold or offered or exposed for sale.”.
