  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations make various amendments to the Food Hygiene (Wales) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/31 (W. 5)) to provide for the execution and enforcement in Wales of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1375 laying down specific rules on official controls for Trichinella in meat (OJ No L 212, 11.8.2015, p 7).\nThe Welsh Ministers’ Code of Practice on the carrying out of Regulatory Impact Assessments was considered in relation to these Regulations. As a result, it was not considered necessary to carry out a regulatory impact assessment as to the likely costs and benefits of complying with these Regulations.",
