# The Food Industry Development (Amendment) (England) Scheme 2001, Section 1: Title, commencement and extent

(1) This Scheme may be cited as the Food Industry Development (Amendment) (England) Scheme 2001 and shall come into force on 29th October 2001.
(2) This Scheme applies to England.
