# The Food Industry Development (Amendment) (England) Scheme 2001, Section 4: Amendment of the Food Industry Development Scheme 1997

Extent: E+W+S

In paragraph 6 (applications for grants under the Scheme), after sub-paragraph (2) there shall be inserted the following sub-paragraph—
“(2A) An invitation by the appropriate Minister for applications for the payment of a grant under this Scheme may be restricted to such class or classes of person as that Minister shall determine.”.
