  "text": "The following costs, where it can be shown that they are necessary to carry out the objectives of the grant application—\n(a) overheads;\n(b) consumable materials;\n(c) consultancy fees;\n(d) project management costs, up to a maximum of 10% of all eligible costs;\n(e) travel and associated accommodation, but not including the provision and use of company cars;\n(f) the hiring and leasing of equipment;\n(g) training.",
