In Part 2 of Schedule 2 (provisions of Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the definition, description, presentation, labelling and the protection of geographical indications of spirit drinks contravention of which is an offence), in the second column of the entry in the table relating to Article 9(9) of Regulation (EC) No 110/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, for “Directive 2000/13/EC ” until “food enzymes” substitute “Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the provision of food information to consumers”.
