# The Food Information (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food Information (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1 October 2021.
(3) In these Regulations, “the 2014 Regulations” means the Food Information (Scotland) Regulations 2014.
