# The Food Labelling (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations 2005, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Food Labelling (Amendment) (England) (No. 2) Regulations 2005


In regulation 3 (amendment of definition of “Directive 2000/13/EC” in regulation 2(1) of the Food Labelling Regulations 1996) there shall be inserted at the end the words “which was itself amended by Commission Directive 2005/63/EC”.
