Regulation 12 Amendment of the principal Regulations

In regulation 39—

(a)

in paragraph (1) for the words “as defined in Annex II to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 337/79” where they occur in two places, there shall be substituted “as defined in Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 822/87”;

(b)

in paragraph (5) for the words “as defined in Annex II to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 337/79, as amended” there shall be substituted “as defined in Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No. 822/87”.
