# The Food Labelling (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 3: Amendment of the principal Regulations


For regulation 3(1) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this regulation, these Regulations shall apply to cream and to food containing milk, but except as aforesaid they shall not apply to cows' milk.”.
