Regulation 9 Amendment of the principal Regulations

For regulation 32(2)(d) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph—

“(d)

in relevant trade documents furnished on or before delivery of the food and, in respect of the particulars required by regulation 6(a), (c) and (e), on the external packaging in which that food is sold.”.
